In wake of flu season and the ongoing situation regarding COVID-19, please be assured that the safety of our staff and patients is always our main objective. Not only do we follow the Universal Precautions protocol (which includes the hospital grade disinfecting of all surfaces our patients come in contact with, heat and steam sterilization of all instruments, disposal of all non-sterilizable items and hand washing before and after each patient interaction) but also have implemented the following measures:
Wiping door handles, switches and furniture throughout the day.
Offering hand sanitizer in all areas.
Removed magazines and toys.
Ask to respect the no handshake policy.
Screening patients for sickness and flu like symptoms.
