Dear Patients,
We hope this letter finds you, your family, and your colleagues in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal routines and habits. We are happy to announce that we will begin seeing non-emergent dental patients starting Monday, May 4th.
During the Stay At Home order, we spent the time reviewing guidelines set forth by the governing bodies and professional organizations. While many of these have been a standard procedure that we follow for the safety of our staff and patients, we are going beyond with the following additions.
• Upon arriving you will be asked a few screening questions. Each patient will also be asked to fill out an updated medical history form. (This can be done beforehand by clicking on New Patient Forms and Medical History.)
• We will ask you to use the hand sanitizer before proceeding to the back office. We will also take your temperature.
• We will maintain social distancing as much as possible in the office. We ask that only the patient attend the appointment, if possible. If the patient is accompanied, please be aware that only the patient is allowed in the operatory.
• The operatories will have an air purifier and will be chilly due to the increase in PPE we will be donning. Please dress accordingly.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we are taking to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients, friends and neighbors.
Sincerely,
Dr. Ireland, Dr. Mercho and Staff
